Onion Powder Making Process

1. Root removal: selected high quality onion roots are removed using an onion root remover to facilitate the subsequent peeling process.

3. Cleaning: efficiently removes mud, impurities and dirt from the onions using a bubble washer.

5. Drying: the onion slices are thoroughly dried using a hot air circulation dryer, controlling the humidity between 5% and 8% to avoid mold.

7. Packing: the onion powder is packaged using an automated packaging machine for easy storage and sale.
